I have the ultimate programmes, but i fear that not everything will be recovered accordingly. What file types are you trying to recover? Just word?

it should work on jump drives. I have recovered data off of an external usb HD.anyhow worth a try.just use the trial version and see what you can get.

I tried it, and it showed the files i already have on the USB drive.

it wouldn't let me recover unrecognized files, Like usual they asked for money.

Ok i have 5 programmes but they are not the full version. You either need a crack or you will have to buy the programme itself in order to recover your files fully. Shall i upload on the forum?

I wanted to buy that software but I am not sure if it will recover my "doc" files I lost. I tried the demo, but it would not let me preview the files it found.

Do they look genuine?

Try IsoBuster. It is free. I know it is for Cds and DVDs, but it may possibly work with USB pen drives as well:

OK bro, generally you'd want to use any software in the "undelete" category. I'm searching for a free software which also applies to a USB flash drive, i'll see what I can do. In the meantime, search yourself with the keyword "undelete".

Try this:
Recover Your Files can recover deleted files from hard drives, floppy disks, Zip drives, Jaz Drives, USB Hard Drives, USB Flash Drive, SD/MMD Camera Disks, Digital Media Card and more.

http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Back-Up-and-Recovery/Undelete-for-Windows.shtml

Now the limitation is that it only lasts for 14 days before you have to pay for it. Since you only want to recover a few files, you should be able to do that within 14 days, right? :D

Try this after. Doesn't say USB drives, but it may work.
