installing roundcube, any help?

i'm trying to install roundcube webmail on my server and i've been able to do all that's in the instruction manual except this:

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/roundcube/skins/default/images/
cp roundcube_logo.png /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x/images/roundcube_logo.png
cp roundcube_logo.png /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail/x/images/roundcube_logo.png
wget http://www.hostgeekz.com/files/hostgeekz/HGpatch-roundcube-1.0BETA2.1
patch -p0 < HGpatch-roundcube-1.0BETA2.1


anybody know how to do the "patch"? the full instruction manual is available @ http://www.hostgeekz.com/guides/cPanel/64/Install_RoundCube_on_cPanel.htm

is this site on our Servers (MPADC)?

contact our helpdesk - i think u need root access to install this you cant install it since its is looking at the /usr/local/cpanel users (this is locked out for normal users)

if not what server u using and do u have root access?
