Just thought some might be interested in the debate taking place on DOES GOD EXIST?

SIR GEORGE MONOUX COLLEGE
WALTHAMSTOW LONDON

4th May 2007
4:15pm

Speakers include
Sharif Hafezi
Andreas Tzortzis
Phil Harris (senior lecturer in biology and darwinist)

Similar debates on the existence of God have taken place at SOAS (School of African and Oriental Studies), Liverpool University, Leceister University, Sheffield Hallam university (twice!), Greenwich University, Nottingham trent University, Bilborough college...

A similar event expecting some 500-600 people at Derby will be taking place on 20th May 2007 with Geoff Heath (former Christian Minister and turned atheist, prominent member of the British Humanist Society, appeared many times on the BBC and was the principle lecturer at Derby University... yes i didnt know that Derby had a university too!) and Sharif Hafezi (a Muslim)

The venue and time will be confirmed closer to the event. But anyways thought people might be interested in the event above

Sounds like a really good event, but I dont think its public event since colleges have tight security

Sharif and Hamza are MAshaAllah very good on this topic
