I'm desperately trying to get hold of "Arabic-English Lexicon" by E.W. Lane (hardcover). I placed an order with Amazon and three and half months later I'm still waiting!

Is there a quicker method? Any recommendations? I need it by next week.

I wanted the book as a gift for my husband. I know it's expensive but he mentioned it in passing. He prefers to have hardcopies of books displayed in our library. I'm sure you book lovers know what I mean?

At this stage, I'm so desperate to get hold of a copy before next week I'd be willing to pay more than the RRP.
