hm..halaal deer...venison on general is very expensive, which is why it's not that common anyway- its seen as a speciality so you wont find any halaal butchers who sell venison regularly. Maybe if you asked them if it would be possible to buy they could sort something out.

my grandpa used to take me for a drive every sunday around the island, and then he`d take me for donkey rides on the green, near a big castle on the other side of the Island :D theyre so sweet masha Allah lovely natures, and really gentle ( horses are highly strung in comparison ) used to take me to the next island on the boat sometimes too... and they had loads of mules there for some reason massive creatures as big as a large horse, but with big ears like a donkey and square looking jaws :D masha Allah ajeeb creatures, very tempremental though...

alhamdulilah . the mule is much more naughtier than the donkey but alhamdulilah they are faster and more intelligent , , mules get more friendly to horses than the donkeys . but one thing is sure that they do not like to work as hard as a donkey and are quick to show their resentment . the mule which i rode was the the loved one of our neighbourhood coz it was the only mule born there to a horse which is rare . horses are much simple to control once they are acquainted with us . but i was thrown down so many times by the horses but in sandy areas so that wasn't a problem . it's difficult to forget all that being a typical villager . :)
