Don't try and front bruv,
Cause some people will give you a shove,
They'll bring out your past like a leaf from a seed,
And show everyone that you're a ran mureed,
*cough* *Roll Eyes*
My sincere advice Oh little brother,
To turn tail and not speak hither,
For in yr speech I detect hidden threat,
Take my word - soon you shall regret.

medievalist no mureed but a ustaad
though bro still maintains he is mureed
but his seed grown up to takea lead
like a ustaad going past mureeds
through his words and deeds
inshaallah will succeed .
You speak heavy words and praise to quick,
One such as u shud not fall for satans trick
A sinner, such as me, when praised by thee
Achieves little save shaking of Throne of Almighty.

My revision is an utter mess,
Though I couldn't care any less,
Since I'm a housewife to be,
I'm not the breadwinner you see.

Finally some female words of wisdom,
If only there were more in this cyber kingdom.
May all our women be in the veil,
safe from the gazes of each and every male.

May 'ranmureeds' be the next craze,

And simply sparkle in their deen,
Ameen, ameen, except to the ranmureed
Us men, we should take the lead
May we all enter the garden
I beg your pardon, I ride with bin laden
*cool bearded bro*
EDIT: To the officials, I dont really ride with him, I dont think he has a car.

Ameen to for their eyes,
ALLAH save us from our wives.
As for the sunnan cited above,
In them is our love.
MashAllah for we are your wives
Never to leave to have our own lives
For Allah made us as a blessing to you
Without us, whatever would you do?
MashAllah for we are your wives
Never to leave to have our own lives
For Allah made us as a blessing to you
Without us, whatever would you do?
Why did everyone get so quiet?
Wives fail to put their husbands on a diet! :p
You (sisterKhadija) make women like the perfect element,
Yet they cannot complete just a simple asignment! :D
You speak heavy words and praise to quick,
One such as u shud not fall for satans trick
A sinner, such as me, when praised by thee
Achieves little save shaking of Throne of Almighty.
who could shake the throne of Almighty
Apart from Him there is no other diety
for He is the only One who shakes kingdom, thrones and nations
as He pleases in his wisdom
beyond our imagination lies His Kingdom
little ,tiny, miniature are our assumed fiefdoms
High, Mighty , sublime and pure is His Kingdom
but mere mortals do realise that seldom
everything bows to Almighty's Kingdom

Ah but you seem to forget who i am bruv,
Don't tell me you forgot about your definition of love,
I am a stalker and i know how to blackmail,
By the time i'm done you'll be old and frail,
Oh and don't try to turn the tables around,
Cause i'm already tucked away safe and sound,
Though there are two 'mistakes' that i once made,
But through all the jeering did i wade,
Those threads have not fallen far behind,
They're both waiting almost perfectly aligned,
If you want to know then i'll give you a clue,
It's "on the nature of love" and "just for u"

Yet another rhyming battle has begun!
But hold on! Wait! Who spoilt the fun!
Rules to rhyme? I've never heard!
The thought of it is quite absurd!
Rhyming AABB is quite dreary
We battled before, at times it was scary
A thread named 'Bored' find it if you wish
Its very long, and cannot be missed!

it causes our voice to be heard

with words spoken to deaf ears
ryhming can heal voices hoarsened
which are kept inside out of fears

Not witnessing to the creations of Allah (swt) like the beauty of the green bird,
May the seals in their blackened hearts and the shackles of kufr brake,
And evils obliterate,
Through the example of the Sunnah and our Qur'an for that is- Allah's word.

Placing my hopes on forgotten dreams,
Nothing is quite what it seems,
Deception is now my solaced cave,
As I find myself sitting in my own grave,
Death is close I see it drawing near,
No longer have I any more time to express joy or have fear,
Say good bye to World to which I clung tight as if so dear,
And now what is this I see from afar?
Closer and closer death comes to me than that distant star,
And when my journey does draw to its end,
To my janazah who shall attend?
I begin to think- I cannot comprehend!
Shall it be a forgiving foe or he who was always my friend?
Or to pray my funeral prayer a special invite to you I must send?
And just to pray for your brother is a loan, that little deed your not even prepared to lend?
As I fall for into the this lasting sleep,
I wonder now was it our bonds of brotherhood that I did keep?
Or on that Day- shall it be me for the wrongs I did by you all that shall weep?
When good deeds and the bad are put on the scale in a heap,
Consider something that is quite deep,
Who shall rejoice and who shall dispair for that in the World we did reap?

I learnt that this world is not for my leisure,
So I began to expect little in terms of pleasure,
Striving after dunya did decay my soul,
But dhikrullah was quick to patch up the hole,
Allah (swt) does test us with the things we love,
Hold tight to the rope that leads to him above,
It may take patience but that is the test,
Allah (swt) does filter the weak from the best,
So come Yawmul Hisaab the truthful will shine,
For they recognised Allah and followed his signs,
Yes that day may seem a long way away,
But do not let deception lead you astray,
For it is so very close, oh if only we knew,
With shining good deeds our sins would be few,
If we learnt to live each day like it was our last,
If we dwelt more on the present than on the past,
That gnawing you feel is your soul calling out,
Oh servant you promised you would be devout,
Shaytaan indeed has lead you afar,
It is time to discover who you really are,
We are all human and sometimes we forget,
Allah does not mind as long as we regret,
He forgives and forgives and it has no end,
Every heartache and grief only he can mend,
So our journey goes on until the last breath,
Indeed fate does call us towards our death,
Come back come back while you still have time,
For the clock has yet to deliver its final chime

Salaam, this is a poem I wrote...tiz bout guns (pretty obvious huh?) lol
Li'l babies
man they be walkin round town
See babies
think they doin mom and popz proud
losin their minds
getting banged up wit the crowd
hear sounds of the guns
and the bangs they be loud
Poppin' on a 'mission'
One shot...the life's over
not a care in the world
or respect for the dead brother
just tight wit the posse
everytin else...man, is kool
Yo he deserved to die so dont callin me a fool!
I got a gun in ma hand so dont mess wit me...
but here's another story, it's real-ity...
he was walkin round town
loaded and prepared
locked on to the target
he's got em running scared...
takes off the safety
mind ready to take aim...
ignorin the screaming faces
he's just wantin to cause pain...
he aint got a reason
just doing it for fun
think he rules the world
wit that fully loaded gun...
but he made the mistake
when he pulled out the second (gun)
two shots at once
and he's lost control of the weopen
bullets are flying crazy
one gets him in the head
two seconds later
and he;s lying down dead...
now where's the gangstah mindest?
the power an the juice?
it went wit his life,
when he let those bullets loose...
now lets just presume
for a minute, that he's survived
wot are the chances of his freedom?
of not gettin banged up inside...?
if you take a life man,
you gotta pay thr price for two
the guilt for the one you killed
and then life's over for you...
locked up in a room,
is it really worth the price...
for one 'Shot' of pleasure
you're stuck and it aint nice!

Or else your husband might give you a whack (with a miswaak of course *Roll Eyes*)
I thought that at first but then I changed my mind
But thankyou for correcting and being so kind
Erica you say, what a weird name
Imagine being called that, would be a big shame
Yes, I'm an Akh and my name is mysara (meaning ease),
It's a male name, so call me brother if you please.
It was the name of the prophet's friend and partner,
Who worked with him for Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her.)

Bro that wasn't very nice
If I was a sister, I would have cryed by now thrice
I know, me writing good poems is just a myth
But then again, look what you came up with......
This sister is actually a brother,
Unlike no other,
He is from America,
Where you find people called Erica.

The miswaak is only to be used on the wife,
At a time of REAL argument and strife,
And only if she is disobedient
To her husband by executing Allah's defyment. May Allah save us all

To be Husband and Wife arguements should desist
For we should communicate and never fight

No need to apoliogise to me Bro,
I do have a question thats a little tough,
For me to get over since I got on this forum.
Do you really have a son named Muslim?
A real argument, HAHA none should exist
To be Husband and Wife arguements should desist
For we should communicate and never fight
For Allah's sake darkeness should be gone and we should live in light
I wished you were right, but "None should exist exist?"
There must be something in the news you missed.
What about all the cheating and the corruption?
If a wife is corrupt, we must argue; base it on facts, and not some assumption

Bright spark Abu Hurairah does seem,
To be on the correct track,
It is only difficult to get for those,
Who in common sense may lack,
I am dumb, never say I am bright,
Perhaps the most stupid in sight,
But this for some reason I did manage to solve,
Maybe some of us daft men with time do evolve.

Nobody's husband should be hitting his wife,
She is amongst the most precious of Allah's creations in his life,
May they live insha'allah happily with many children together,
Pleasing Allah (swt) avoiding marriage conflicts forever and ever. :)

Na'am there is much fitnah in every society,
But we Muslims should enjoin the good and forbid the evil through our piety,
And soon through the fardh of Islam such as daw'ah, jihaad, sallah, etc. we will succeed indeed,
Insha'allah after learning and practising the ilm we did read.
