I feel lost when it comes to the topic of Islamic Caliphate. Does anyone know a link[lectures,etc] or perhaps can explain how?when?where? can a Caliphate be formed. What are the requirements? So to speak, if i wanted to help in the process of forming a caliphate what would be the conditions necessary. Any help would be appreciated.
