For anyone from west yorkshire,wanting to go on Umra or hajj I would recommend you contact Crown Travel From Bradford.I have used this agent and mashaallah he has given me a very compettive rate on my hotels as well as being efficient in getting my visas. Javed from Crown tarvel from the start put me in the picture and did not promise me anythinh he could not deliver.He left in to me to make choices should the worse happen and I dont get my visa for the dates I want.having been on ukmra twice and performed hajj I know too well that agents promise you the world but when you reach there there are making excuses or nowhere to be seen.My bother Javid;from crown tarvel i admire because he was not aware I had first hand experience and he he took it upon himself to make me aware of things that could go wrong with hotels and ziyarat guides.He promised me that allah forbid,should anything not go to my satisfaction or if i incur extra charges,all i need to do is obtain a receipt and he will re imburse me. I felt that the gesture and Javed making me aware of services in saudi was heart warming as i know sometimes services cannot be upto what you are promised and Javed making me aware will not leave me in a situation where i feel stressed.
