Haraam to play with Dice? :O

I read about this somewhere..and it made me :eek: :eek:

What about innocent games like Monopoly? I was about to throw all games out of the house when I was wrestled by my younger siblings :mad:

Can anyone shed some light?

i have not read anywhere that dice are haraam
it is haraam to gamble money, so if u were playing monopoly with real money then yes that wud be haraam
but dice? i dont think so, allah knows best
