the alcohol you are talking about is not the one that Quran prohibits. This one is Ether CH3-CH2-O-CH2-CH3 not khamr which was derived from fermented juice. Quran prohibits the later.

but how can i be sure if its not that alchohol and its the other, because not eveyone might understand the chemical formula, cant someone just pour the drinking alchohol in the perfume and say its alchohol?

and what is meant by 'jaiz'?

also is there any non-greasy or non-oil based something to put on the face so when you do wudhu it doesnt feel all mucky and greasy?

sorry, i might be being abit over-cautious, but its a bit like maybe McDonalds, BK or some highstreet non-muslim food chain selling food with the label 'Halal' in big red writing when they dont what halal really means or they dont really know where the meat came from and how it was killed but they just want to sell their meals to everyone.

'jaiz' = permissable

you are better off sticking with itr (musk), its halal and also smells nice (providing you dont put loads on) :up:
