I Need Help In Salat!!!

While I pray, i try to concentrate so nothing distracts me.......but doing this makes me forget the amount i have bowed down......then i'm like: 'do i need to get up or sit down'..........My intentions are always to Allah.....Its just that i get frustrated.

Does anyone have the same problem? What should i do?

I had it when I was younger .... just concentrate and focus harder and think of yourself literally standing in front of Allah .....

perfect namaz can only come with patience and steadfastness. the problem u r having is u r trying to concentrate too much and forgetting the purpose of ur namaz. relax, yes some thoughts will come into ur mind but this is shaitaan trying to mess with u, Allah (swt) alone accepts ur prayers and he knows with which intention u prayed. read to the best of ur ability but dont stress too much this is not the purpose of prayer.

i get this sometimes, it sounds silly but when i sit and say 'Rabbigh fir li' i kind of count it off on say my index finger, then in the second rakah the big finger and so on.
this is shaitan bro trying to frustrate you so dont get sucked in, at the end if u think youve made a mistake make two prostrations (sajda as sahw) the same as you do in each rakah, and inshaAllah your salah will be fine.

You should pray every salah as though it is your last salah you will ever pray as you do not know what will happen to you (May Allah give us a long and pious life! Ameen!) and to imagine jannah is in front of you, jahanam below you and the angel of death behind you to take your soul... sorry I know it sounds scary but Alhumdulillah, it works! :)

Yes, that is what i mean. I pray thinking like its my last salat......and sometimes i forget if i am meant to get up or sit down etc.
