In the name of Allah, the Providor, The Governor
Dont ya just love the stuff. I've been having like double the dosage while I've been here cos its like so easy and convenient. But what I wanted to know, how do ya make your tea?
I know everyone got different methods and some taste nicer than others, and also which tea do you like? I tried herbal tea the other day, was pretty nice, not as good as orignal but is meant to be good for qiraat of Quran.
Theres a whole bunch of asians on the forum, and theyre the tea experts so tell me how ya make your tea and what type.

Green tea(with fresh mint or Jasmine)most of the time..Other than that I drink coffee more than normal tea..I can't stand the normal tea..Once in a while I drink earl grey and darjeeling, they're much nicer..But green tea just,i dunno,it feels more fresh

Ooh I learnt of that while I was here, its alright, but I think thats cos our cinnamon packet is like a few years old or something.

The cinnamon you have there is probably fresher than ours is..
Jasmine,is a plant..:eek3:Coffee,is good once in a while..
Darjeeling is just one of those cool twinings teas..I only like it though if it's made by one person..
Depends. Sometimes have herbal tea (peppermint, ginger and lemon or green) or "normal" tea.
Occasionally have a mocha (which is one part espresso and 2 parts hot choc)

sorry off topic but i have a Q...
why do some ppl put the arabic word and then english in brackets? lol it seems 2 me like why not save ur time n use one or the other? i noticed some ppl doing this a few times and also on clear guidance ppl used 2 do it so i thought ill just ask.
Well I dont know why other people do it but my personal reason for doing so is to try and get people to pick up words here [huna] and there [hunak] and also for personal revision, if I use it I'll remember better.
Speaking in arabic would be a waste cos not everyone will understand. I found with me, my islamic terms, I picked up from reading the odd word from an article e.g salah, so its my way of trying to teach people even if it is a little [kaleel], and writing in arabic, well thats just long.
[plus the fact I've always overused brackets and Im not about to stop]

Yeah it's nice like that, well in hot chocolate or milk with a bit of sugar :o but I'm talking about leaving the packet open which is what someone was talking about and it goes an awful texture.

Most of the time I drink black or hebal tea's. but now and then as a treat I drink chai tea latte. Take some black tea bags and water and milk and sme sugar, a clove some cardamon pod or two and some cinnamon and ginger. LOVE IT!!! In fact may make some. :D :p

Erm, we dont really cook too often. Although when we do treat ourself and cook and make biryani, I guess we must, but Im sure the brother who cooks uses a different salt..I hope he does..*is getting worried*
Ah right, masha'Allah, wont get it in the rich areas..well ants around the place aint that rare, well not where I've been but I guess I must have lived in the poor places *smiles*

if u use it, it makes it boil a bit quicker and also flavours the water. thats the benefit bt yeh too much salt is bad for the heart and stuff so its good not 2 use excessiv
hmm u bros can make biryani, masha allah am impressed

It's only bad for you if you drink it with milk. Not exactly bad, but it inhibits the benefits of drinking it w/out milk.
