There is a new trend now where men can hold purses. These purses are called Men purses. Would you men hold them? Sisters can also vote. Would you sister let your bro, husband or any man your associated with hold one of these purses?

Personly, I think there too feminine. I wouldn't walk with a man if his holding a purse. Thats just my opinion. :)

Sometimes I go food shopping with my mom, because she had should surgery and I dont want her holding the bags, so when we in the store her arm gets tired really fast, and she tells me to hold her bag/purse. Many men do at some point have bags. They are called 'man bags' not purses. Quite often when men are on holiday, they have such bags for carrying passports, travel details and other important documents. You may have noticed some men on Hajj/Umrah carry them too. Obviously, you can't carry a rucksack on your back whilst doing tawaaf and some people do like to have their important documents with them at all times and therefore have 'man bags' or bum bags' (what you wear round your waist, used to be cool but now terribly old fashioned).

There is nothing wrong with men carrying bags because of necessity. But, where men do such things to deliberately mirror women's behaviour, then that is clearly wrong - especially if the bag is feminine (with charms on the zipper etc :) )

Had I known the poll was with regards to men who carry feminine bags, I would have voted differently. I just thought you all deserved a lengthy explanation! :)

If i was a man, I would never carry a PURSE. A few years back, I was on a trip and we had a male teacher carrying one of those. It was pretty embarrassing to be near him. He had it on his shoulder too so that explains why we stood far from him. He was married and he was not a metro but it was just odd. I think odd people actually would carry those "men Bags".
