yeh,.... (you have to report it stolen.. will cost you money tho!!) MAKE SURE you DESTROY your old one once your new one comes!!!
During the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982, I flew into Tel Aviv and took a cab to the Israeli-Lebanese border. You can arrange to have your Israeli visa stamped on a SEPARATE piece of paper which will then be stapled to your passport. You can remove the paper later. The Israeli consulates are generally understanding of the situation and will comply with this request.
Darian - i travelled to Palestine in th erecent years and the Occupying forces (aka Israel) gave the seperate visas on a "mood" basis... basically.. if they felt like it.. they gave it.. if they didnt feel like it.. they never gave it!
I have experience of this, with them giving the ultimatum, Either Stamp or nothing.. which means you enter Philestine.. and at every occupying checkpoint.. it meant a right headache!!!

Makes sense.
The only 'democracy' in the Middle East is anything but that.
Built on the blood and murder of the Palestinians.

It has been a practice of almost all Muslim countries for a long time, except Turkey, who have diplomatice and defense ties with Israel.

Wot the others said. You want to get rid of that passport. Even if the Saudis let you in, it's extremly unwise to travel around the middle east with an Israeli stamp in your passport.
In future, if you have to travel to Israel, you have the option of the Israelis issuing you a removable page that has a stamp on it.
