I have an eye for detail like that :smack:, sorry to the brother/ sister that designed the poster masha'allah its good- usually I will not say anything unless asked because its the effort that counts- Allah (swt) will reward the believers in accordance to their nyah and shall insha'allah accept our efforts.

If they were not qualified, they would not do it and no one is saying not to co-operate with authorities (that's not what the workshops are about), they are intended so that people 'know their rights'.

Sis you have taken what I have said out of context. When I say qualified, i mean are they lawyers, specialists in the field etc. For example, I have heard some people say you should always say no comment when questioned under anti-terror laws, when in fact, if you do do that, it may be held against you if you are charged. Lots of people have been advised to do that, when in fact it is not the case as the arresting officer actually says to you 'you do not have to say anything but anything you do or do not say maybe held against you.' I.e if they ask you a question in court and you have previously 'no commented' it, it may be serious for you.

I agree. Its not necessarily about putting people off, but its just important that we are aware InshAllah to be wary, and know the background and expertise of such people and so on, because they are people in whom we put a lot of trust.
