Is this only for between sujood?

I was one taught to recite this dua between the prostrations:
Allahummagh-fir lee, warhamnee, warzuqnee or
Allahummagh-fir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, warzuqnee.


but can this dua be prayed at any time or is it specific for reciting it during the two sujoods?



Allahummagh-fir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, warzuqnee

O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me and grant me sustenance.’

It is sunnah to recite is between the sujud, but of course could be recited any other time, like in sujud, or even out of salaah.
