Any member can give out rep points including you! if you want to rep someone, you click on them scales underneath where it says how many reps you have (in between circle and triangle)
An avatar is a pic like mine is of the girl praying.

depends on ur rep power which grows as u get more points etc
atm ur power is 2. max power is 50
