Can anyone translate this nasheed for me?

Can anyone translate the nasheed in this video for me? I like the sound of it but I do not understand Arabic. I am in the very early stages of learning it, Insha'allah, but no where near being advanced enough to understand this nasheed.
Could someone also write the phonetic pronunciation of the arabic for me in english so I could learn the words? Thank you for any help you can give.
