I see some people don't know how to make quote boxes here (check my sig), so I thought I should teach you :) It's simple, and it will make your posts look more neat, and also more easy to read.

Here we go.

Firstly, write anything you want in any format and in anyway you would normally. After your done typing, go back to the beginning of your post. Like, on this one I would start before i type the word "I..".

Type this but without any spaces, I'm only doing it with spaces so it doesnt actually create a grey box. [ quote ]

Now, go to the last word of your post, and after it, type the same but with one addition. [ /quote ]

Try it out and I hope it helps :)

why dont u just use the quote box function instead

so just type what you want to type... like

blah blabh blah blah blah blah blah blah blaaaaaaaahhhhh

highlight it by clicking dragging your mouse over it...

then there is a button on controls above where you type it looks like a speech thing click on that and it puts the highlighted part in a quote for u...

blah blabh blah blah blah blah blah blah blaaaaaaaahhhhh

I didn't even realise that tool existed!

You're all cheap cheats :D It's more satisfying typing it! *desperately tries to redeem himself*

If you type it, you win a house! :D

OK, I have a question:

If I want to quote two or more people in a post, how do I get them all to show who quoted what?

Like the first thread will show the name of the person Im trying to quote but then when I use quote marks to quote person 2,3 etc, their names dont show

Does anybody understand what im saying :(

In the bottom righthand corner you'll see the Quote button. Right next to it is another one - an A4 lined paper icon with "" and a + on it?

Well if you want to multiquote, you click on that. Once you do, it'll highlight to red with a - (minus) display (which means if you dont want to quote it, re-click and it'll drop the quote)

Just do the same fr the posts you want to quote (click on that icon)...and then hit "reply" - the quotes should be there for you to reply to :D

Hash? If you look closely its an a4 sheet with quotation marks :p

If not, then just do the above with that hash button.
