IP Addresses are unique for each PC attached to a netwrok.. the IP address is used to identify the individual machine to communicate with...

so basically, yes it is different on both the computers locally..
The IP Address you use to access the Internet remains the same for both the computers as you both you the same gateway to go out to the world!

anyone know how to block sites from seeing ur ip address. i got banned from this one site, and msg keeps coming up banned move along.. i deleated my cookeis.. but the msg keeps coming up.. i think its because of the ip address. anyway round this.. i tried the software but it too slow takes ages.. i tried anonmous surfing that crap.. too many pop ups.. anyone knows lemme know.

best thing to do is disconnect your internet connection from your ISP
