It's for premium members, you have to donate monthly, a subscriptiom type of thing, then your name becomes bold blue, and you get special features like images in your signatures, more signature space, bigger avatars etc

and its £10 for the year, which aint that much.

btw it seems the blue letters dnt come automatically u have 2 go in ur control panel group memberships n chose 2 identify urself as premium
