I know English isn't the actual language of Islam, but is there a preferred (more respectable) way to spell certain words in English or does it not matter as long as they are pronounced correctly? Or does it even matter at all?

Koran, Quran, or Qur'an?
Kufir, Kafir, or Kufr?
Haram, or Haraam?
Osama or Usama?
Mohammed, Mohammet, or Muhammed?
Mujihadeen or Mujihadin?

etc etc....
