Anyone know where I can download good quality Qur'an recitations?
I need it to be someone who says all the madd and qul'qula and good tajweed.

I've always listened to Sudais but I use my mp3 player to memorize Qur'an so I decided I'd rather memorize with the correct tajweed insha'Allah.

I found Al-ghamdi but the quality of the mp3s I got is very low so it gets kind of boring to listen to...it sounds staticy and monotonous (if that's even a word).

I liked listening to Sudais because he sounds like he puts emotion in it and the quality of the mp3s wasn't too bad.

here is a great collection

i personally recommend Abu Bakr al-Shatri (http://audio.islamicnetwork.com/quran.php?reciterId=3) or Ahmed ibn 3ali al-3ajamy (http://audio.islamicnetwork.com/quran.php?reciterId=19)

p.s : Huda TV (http://www.huda.tv/) (available on Eurobird 2) play both recitations every night for about three hours or more

:jkk: for your posts. I forgot to mention in my first post (I'll add it now), that I want it to be on the sunnah insha'Allah. From what I've heard and read, the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad :saw: is to read each ayah seperately, even if there's a continuation of meaning. A lot of readers don't do this.

Al-3ajamy is okay, and the quality is great, but he sometimes makes a sort of half-madd where it doesn't belong. For example sometimes when he says a word with an alif in the middle (for example: athab), he will make it long and even though I know it's not a madd, sometimes it gets confusing, and annoying.
