how do I enable the avatar and signature space in my account ?

from there click on Edit Signature, Edit Avatar, Edit Profile..etc.

no its not a muslim only thing :rolleyes:
you have to be a member for a month n 100 posts i think, or it might just be 100 posts i forget now.
but bear it in mind that ur avatar must be islamically acceptable, eg no uncovered women, no idols and also we dont have flags in avatars
