He's using HTML, it might be that not all users have permission to use HTML though.

ya im using html.. and all user should have html on this multimedia section..
try copying from site and try in this section.. it should work, html is only allowed in some section and on footer it should tell you, if its allowed or not.. but please make request to admins.. to allow html everywhere.. nothing wrong with having little html feature.. you guys should pm admins.
