I want to print a document of mine done in Microsoft Word. I would like to assign numbers to each of the pages so that when the printing is done, I can arrange the papers according to their page numbers. The problem is I dont know how. Is there any specific tool I can use to designate numbers?

Thank you

I dont have Word, but I use it quite often. You should view/add the header. While you are viewing the header, there should be a toolbar popped up. On the toolbar you will see a icon that looks like a page with the # symbol on it. Click on that and It will number your pages. Make sure you dont forget to right allign the number.

If you dont know how to add the header, go to the topmost toolbar, again I dont have word so im doing this off memory, and there should be "View" button or the "Insert" button. Click on those and see if you can find the option to add a header/footer.

Let us know if you got it.

If someone can explain it better than me, please do!:D

In the top toolbar under the "Insert" tab is "page numbers" you can choose whether you want it in the middle or on the right or left.
