Brother first of all why should you judge on a person that you didnt create? If he doesnt have faith in the islam then it is his own life and let him do what he likes to do. And that is one of the reasons why it is not good to do. I think with the information that I have that only allah sub7anna wata3ala has the right to judge his creations about their destiny so that is my answer to you.

Wa Alaikum Salam,

Do you know for sure that he is going to jahannam? Of course not. Only Allah knows. Therefore, we should refrain from saying or thinking about such things.

We were not created to judge, we were created to worship Allah.

You can make du'ah that Allah guides those people, and everybody, to Islam, and if isn't His will, that He give them their prescribed place in jahannam.
