1. put the question (or observation) in the pan - let it simmer
2. continue to cook on a slow setting adding some sensible replies
3. set to gas mark 5
3. add a pinch of a sexist comment to heat things up further
4. at this stage a lot of bickering is required...use a generous amount
5. if it has overheated, some jokes may be added ...although usually tasteless, too many jokes will leave a bitter taste
6. add more bickering as required
7. steps 3 and 4 may be repeated depending on requirements
8. if by now it hasnt cooled down, a mod will help put the finishing touches.
