View Full Version : Avatar Removal Question For Moderator (s)
I would like to know what grounds you use to determine
when to allow, and when to remove, someone's avatar.
I had mine (a picture of a U.S. Marine) removed today.
I would like an answer as to why this was removed, and
what constitutes an "acceptable" avatar to you.
Thanks very much.
Has a moderator not had time to read, and/or answer my
question? Please respond, as I do not want to offend
anyone with an avatar that you consider objectionable.
I would appreciate a response.
Thank you.

sorry for delay in replying ive jsut read this and i rarely check this forum.
As for removal of avatar i think it was removed due to complaints of it....Portraying a Solider
i think as far as Rules of Avatars are concerned..we prohibit the following:
1) Flags or Any country..No Matter what country be it Iraq or America....due to the reason of politics and nationalism.having one flag here will spark a furious debate.......of people who are anit this and that country
2) Army personnel / Tanks or anything that portrays millitary....
Thats all i can recall..at the moment....
About Political Leaders too im not sure about that...ill have to consult with the others...........
Sajid
Another thing too...Images which shows women without hijab or anything like that one London punk had..

also the 'uniform code of military justice' mikes it illegal for you to wear the uniform and discuss politics especially with foreign nationals...since wearing the uniform and discusing politics makes it seem you are talking for the USA....and you wouldn't want that would you?

Sajid,
Thank you for the response...I appreciate it. That is pretty
clear, so I shouldn't have any more problems.
