Abu Talha joined the Islamic University in Madinah in 1992 where he studied for a two year Arabic language course. He then continued his studies at the College of Shari'ah for a further four years, specialising in Fiqh and Islamic Law. During his study in Saudi Arabia, Abu Talha also learnt from the Scholars teaching in the Prophet's (Peace be upon him) Mosque. He graduated in 1998 and since then has been working in adult and child education. He is also actively involved in the field of Daw'ah, lecturing and teaching on many aspects of Islaam.

All of you should seek to settle down here- seriously the Muslim community here are excellent, OK not all of them but many alhamdulillah are very active :up:, or at least be where up North in the company of sister who are busy in their practice and propogation of the dean- be in their company and they'll look out for and you'll look out for them alhamdulillah.
