I'm answering your second question

I don't know if it is Halaal (permissible) for non Muslims to use those 'invocations' however, if Masha-Allah means = 'it is as Allah wishes it to be' or 'what Allah has willed', then why would Non-Muslims use these terms?

believing that things are the way they are because ALLAH has willed them to be so, is indirectly submitting in the belief of Allah, his oneness, his attributes and his messengers (Alayhis Salaam), including the Prophet himself :saw: hence accepting Islam which means you are Muslim.

the same can be said for ':saw:' which means, 'May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him (Prophet Muhammad)'. Which is a supplication or Du'a made to ALLAH to bless the Prophet :saw:.

So a non muslim saying any form of 'invocation' like this, is contradicting his/her own beliefs and there is just no real essence or 'meaning/reason' behind Non-Muslims saying them, nor will they be rewarded for it, as they are NON MUSLIMS.

As for it being Halaal (Allahu Alam)

hmm don't some non-muslims also like to learn how to give salaam? just because they say it does not mean it is being accepted from them.
