1. sometimes during wudu I forget to wash the body parts in order. Only at the end I remember that i forgot to wash my nose(for example). Would it be acceptable to wash my nose when I remember? or do i have to start the wudu again?
2. what is the rewards for remember Allah's(swt) 99 names?

Walykum-Salam.
It is against the Sunnah therefore it is a Makrooh (undesirable) act.
2. what is the rewards for remember Allah's(swt) 99 names?
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger as saying:
"There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers." (Muslim #6475)

but not a sin? or it wouldn't invalidte your salat?
Depends what school of thought you follow,
For the Shafi's the nose isnt Fard, However it is very much disliked if you dont.
And order is a pillar for wudu for the Shafi's.
For the Shafi's there 6 Pillars for Wudu (you can call it pillar i guess)
1. Intension.
2. Face.
3. Arms.
4. Wiping Head.
5. Feet.
6. Order.
For the Hanfi's the nose is fard i think but order isnt. As far as i know.
Allahu Alam.
the nose is not fard as u can see in surah 5 verse 6. if u forget to wash any part that is sunnah or fard, u only need to wash it again. but the fard parts need to be washed else ur wudhu not valid. theres only 4 fard parts as mentioned in the verse and 4 sunnah which is ur hands, mouth, nose and ears.
tarteeb is the sequence of washing the body parts as according to imam shafi'i. but it dont render ur wudhu invalid if u donot follow that specific sequence, but ur niyyah/intention is the most important especially when washing ur fard parts.

If you miss out a sunnah, by mistake, InshaAllah you're salah should be ok. Don't make a habit of it though
If you follow the Hanfi school of thought then as been said above they are FOUR acts which HAS to be done. If these are not done then your wudhu will not be done.
Face - from the top of forehead to bottom of chin and from one earlobe to the other
Both Arms up to and including the elbow
Quarter head Masah
Wash both feet up to and inc the ankles.
(Fais - The nose isn't fardh nor is the order in the Hanfi fiqh - it is sunnah)

Hi Muslim learner,
the obligatory parts of wuduu if you don't do them invalidate your wuduu and you have to repeat:
1. Niyaah-you must have the intention of making wuduu, for the pleasure of Allah it's place is in the heart, and there is no place for the tongue in this case(ie you don't have to say it out loud)
2. Washing the face once. The face boundaries are the upper edge of the forehead at the root of the hair and down to the chin and from one ear to the next in width
3.washing the arms up to the elbow and elbow included once
4.wiping the head, and wiping means that water touches it
5. washing the legs up to the ankles and ankles included
6. the order in which these are done
==============
the rest is sunnah, you won't forget if you keep doing them, five times a day and it's nice to follow sunnah of the prophet, besides you get extra ajr for following sunnah.

Sorry :(, im a Shafi, Thats why i said *I think*.
But i was right about the order then cause i said the order Isnt Fard for the Hanafi's but i was unsure about the nose.

About the head:
it has been reported that the prophet saaws wiped his head in three different ways:
1. wiping the head completely; starting from the roots of the hair boundary of the forehead down to the hair at the neck, then he returned back again with his wet hand from the neck up to the roots of the hair at the forehead.
2. wiping over the head covering
3. wiping over the hair at the front of the head and the head covering
this is from fikh alsunnah btw by sayed sabek, may Allah's mercy be upon him and it's a really good book to buy if you want a fikh book, it's all the mathahib agreements combined.

salam alaykum Fais,
was sayed sabek a shafei ? I didnt know, I thought he got all the math-habs together and wrote what they all agree on, because he sometimes says things like as for the imam Ibn Hanbal etc
it doesn't really matter does it?
wa jazakum Allah khairan
