Assalamu 'alaykum
Here are the du'a that is generally recited at suhur (pre dawn meal before fasting), and at iftar (post sunset, upon breaking yr fast):
وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ
Wa bi-sawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan
(I intend to keep the fast today; in the month of Ramadan)
اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ وَ عَلى رِزْقِكَ
اَفْطَرْتُ
Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa 'ala rizq-ika aftarthu
(O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You and I break my fast with Your sustenance)
There are other known du'a that can also be recited.. though these seem to be the better known ones.
I'll try and post the other du'a that may be recited at these times tomorrow insha'Allah..
Try and remember me in yr du'as ;)
wassalamu alaykum
