In this instance, the thing "said" that doesn't appear to be "meant" are the rules of this board.
You will note that posts like those I sent you come from those based on the Motley board; where they have posted universaly insulting messages about the admins of/and this board in particular WHENEVER there have been past attempts to follow the rules; that they are primarilly from ONE person using multiple current identities, which at least WAS going to be a reason, BY ITSELF, to be permanently banned from this site.
You see, I am confused.
Many times admins have issued edicts concerning civility. The rules are plainly there, for all to see. They are routinely violated by an obsessed American who, by himself, posts more then probably everyone else combined; who exhibits more racist and bigotted behavoir then everyone else combined, and who, I would venture to say, stands along with his MK colleagues as the biggest impediment to civil discussion between differing sides on this entire board.
In my "Leadership" post a month or so ago back, I pointed out that one of the keys to a succeswsful leader is "follow though." You know EXACTLY who I'm talking about, and he posts here with absolute impugnity, as do his fellow MK'ers.
Can you help me to understand why these Americans (Yes, I am one as well) are allowed to post anything they want, whenever they want, and however they want? In short... where, exactly, is the "follow through?"
Can you explain to me how you EVER expect this board to remain civil when you allow this obsessed individual to be so disruptive under his many simultainious identities? I refuse to believe that it is due to the coincidence that he is espousing beliefs that the admins subscribe to, and, therefore, he is left alone.
You see, his beliefs are consistent with, and he frequently quotes from, the skinhead neonazi movement centered in Northern Idaho here in the US. A particularly notorious example of the ilk was http://www.nizkor.org/hweb/orgs/ame...r/portland.html The murdered Ethiopian? A Muslim. He routinely posts articles from thjose kinds of organizations
To be precise, these people do not limit their hate to Jews. They include Muslims in their messages of bigotry and hatred.
The irony here is that you seem to be supporting an individual who would just as soon soon you dead.... but never posts that because he knows that truly would, finally, cause you to act.
So, I'd appreciate your help. I've provided examples of both violations of rules on this board, and your failure to act to eliminate those who would routinely engage in such behavoir. The ball is in your court.
