I would like to move on. but ive found occurances in the past when younger have been somewhat debilitating for me this year.
i need to move on but its so hard to do on my own as im in denial most of the time about what happened. i dont want it to affect me like it is. i want to get over it and move on. and i think i need a muslim female counsellor to talk to, even this in itself seems like a mountain to climb but if i have a number or email address avaialble i feel as though im making some sort of progress. I hate feeling so disgusted with myself.

Please help, if you know of someone who can help please post. Jazakallah Khair.
