Serves 4 to 6.

- 3 cups fresh pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- sugar to taste
- a pinch of salt
- seltzer or water, to taste, and ice cubes
Combine everything in a blender, or mix well in a pitcher and serve with ice cubes.
